Positive: Excellent flat and great location. The residence is very quiet but very close to the ski lifts and train station. Can't wait to come back again

Negative: Appartement très sympathique mais un service client chaotique. Il n’est pas possible d’appeler les hôtes et les réponses sont seulement en anglais. Difficultés à stocker les valises le midi de la réservation, réponse tardive et quand c’est ok il est demandé 30 euros au dernier moment. Le guide explicatif n’est pas à jour: code wifi et du parking incorrects. Absence de communication du code pour accéder à la piscine. Prélèvement de 200 euros de caution sans autorisation et sans prévenir.

Excellent séjour! difficulté à récupérer sa caution! Positive: très belle prestation ! coup de coeur pour la piscine + jacuzzi! Negative: j'ai récupéré ma caution 2 mois après mon séjour, malgré mes nombreuses relances. je suis très insatisfaite!

Lovely apartment, shame about the check in. Positive: Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped apartment with a great view. Nice to have parking included. Negative: Check-in did not go well. When we provided our Id, we asked if we could check-in before 5pm. This wasn't possible, understandable but disappointing. Then we did not receive any further info about check-in. When we arrived at the location, we were unable to reach the contact person. To cut a long story short, it took 40 mins before we could get into the apartment. With hindsight, should have confirmed this well in advance.
